What happens to the information you share.
This note covers the BLACK369 website, the Website-to-Lead Blueprint, the free Public Conversion Snapshot for service firms, and the free Storefront Decision Snapshot for ecommerce stores. It explains the information collected through those pages and how it is used.
What is collected
- Blueprint: the email address you enter to unlock the download.
- Public Conversion Snapshot: the public website address, work email, and any optional service description you submit for review.
- Storefront Decision Snapshot: the public storefront address and work email you submit for the first look. Your role with the store, ecommerce platform, and monthly revenue band are collected only if you choose the optional human-review fit check after receiving the instant result.
- Public-page inspection: the downloaded public HTML returned by the submitted URL and the automated first-look report generated from it.
- Visit context: page visited, referring page, campaign tags, ad click identifiers when present, device category, and interactions such as button clicks or section views.
- Technical records: ordinary server and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
How it is used
- To unlock the Blueprint immediately after a valid submission.
- To provide a safe automated public-site or storefront first look immediately when the submitted public page can be read.
- To store the submitted URL and first-look report with the request. Public Conversion Snapshots enter the human-review queue. Storefront Decision Snapshots return the instant result before qualification; people who then request the optional fit check can share their role, platform, and revenue band. Direct owners and in-house ecommerce operators at established stores currently at $50K+ in monthly revenue can enter the limited one-business-day queue, while other visitors keep the instant result without being moved into a sales path.
- To understand which pages and campaigns help people find and use these resources.
- To protect the forms from abuse and maintain the site.
Public-page inspection boundaries
The automated public-page inspection requests the public URL you submit and reads only the HTML the site returns without a login. It does not sign in, bypass access controls, inspect private pages, receive analytics, or see visitor behavior. The instant first look is limited to the public response and is not a final diagnosis. If the reader cannot safely inspect a non-queued store, the page shows a clearly labeled three-point self-check instead of presenting invented store-specific findings.
Do not submit a login, account, staging, intranet, or other private URL. Submit only a public business homepage that you are authorized to share for review.
Optional advertising measurement
Meta measurement is off unless you choose Allow measurement. If you allow it, the Meta Pixel and BLACK369's server may send Meta the page URL without its query string, IP address, browser information, Meta cookie or click identifiers, the type of resource requested, and a one-way hash of the submitted email for matching. The browser and server use the same event identifier so one request is not counted twice.
This information is used to attribute results to Facebook and Instagram ads, measure which ads create useful requests, limit repeated advertising, and improve future campaign delivery. It is not used to decide whether you receive the Blueprint, instant first look, or human-reviewed Snapshot. Meta processes information under its own terms and controls, and may process it across countries.
Your choice is stored in this browser until you change it. Withdrawing prevents new Meta measurement from this browser and removes BLACK369's Meta cookies where possible; it does not undo information already processed.
Email and marketing
Submitting these forms does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A Snapshot submission permits a response about that requested resource, fit check, or review. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in if one is offered in the future. You may ask BLACK369 to stop contacting you at any time.
Sharing and sale
BLACK369 does not sell the personal information submitted through these forms for money. Optional advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” or targeted-advertising activity under some privacy laws. You can decline or withdraw it at any time with the measurement choices above. Information may also be handled by service providers that operate the website, email, security, or business systems, only as needed to provide those functions, or disclosed when required by law.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as it remains reasonably useful for the requested service, business records, security, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information BLACK369 holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw permission for future contact. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
